Review Your Officer Reporting

Please take a moment to review your geographic unit’s Officer Roster in vTools and verify that all officers are reported, and term end dates are correct. If the term end date for any officer is on or before 31 December, and needs to be extended, please go to vTools Officer Reporting, and extend the term end date by at least 60 days, and submit changes for review and approval. This ensures access to vTools is not lost and gives officers the required accessibility to report the meeting events on behalf of their geographic unit.

Reminder to Report Your Geographic Unit’s Events

As a friendly reminder, all event reports must be submitted using vTools Events to receive credit for activities. Completed activities must be filed by reporting attendance to count.
Chapters are required to hold two Technical events every year.
